They went... read more We were craving something sweet for after lunch. Decided on goin to O Tal for its famous desserts. What a joy it was being served by Thallyta and Ana. They went above and beyond with getting all of us (party of 11) seated and served. Service was quick and pleasurable and they even presented the birthday boy with a decorated dessert. These are employees to be cherished and taken care of as they truly represent great customer service. thank you Thallyta and Ana and all the best for both of you!

I m an uber diver, yesterday I came around 10.30pm to the Otal zone, expecting order from here, another uber driver as well there, order was ready but otal staf... read more I m an uber diver, yesterday I came around 10.30pm to the Otal zone, expecting order from here, another uber driver as well there, order was ready but otal staff didn't release the order just because I was there, that uber driver told them not to release order now until I go away, cause that uber driver belongs to their nationality, and it was been happening, their staff stared at me, they had been waiting for me to go, but I didn't leave otal, inspite all of this I got the order and I accepted it, in a second order was vanished, and order gave it to that driver, somehow they cancelled my order,

The place and the service are not great but the cups are fantasy and pure greed it seems to be in the willy wonka chocolate factory.the flavors of the ice cream... read more The place and the service are not great but the cups are fantasy and pure greed it seems to be in the willy wonka chocolate factory.the flavors of the ice creams are very well made and of excellent quality at first glance it all seems a disaster instead it is a perfect combo of taste and joy, I will come back to taste other delicacies .... stay chocolate magic !!!

Today 01/03, 20.30 pm I go to O Tal and I ordered 1 pancake boss at the cashier. Which I choose to have Nutella and Chantilly as topping, Ferrero Rocher as the chocolate and strawberry as for fruit, and an ice cream It takes about 20-30 mins for my order to came to my table. When it’s arrive I only get a pancake with Nutella ice cream. I cut my pancakes little slice in case there’s the strawberry and chocolate inside in the middle but there’s nothing. So then I return my pancake to the cashier asking about the chocolates and strawberry that was forgotten. He seems little hesitate with my demand and the people in the kitchen was laughing and looking at me. I feel so uncomfortable so I go back to my table. Not long then he come back with my plate with 2 Ferrero on side and strawberry on separate bowl, and giving it to me not in a nice gesture and not even say sorry. I’m so UNCOMFORTABLE and I’m afraid they might spitting on my food or do whatever so i decided to leave without touching the food. This is SO DISAPPOINTING and probably they are racist. Before leaving I ask who is the name of the guy who is serving me in the cashier/serving, and his name claim as Maycon, and he said he’s Brazilian. I will never come back and I will tell anyone and review on all their online platforms.
