Due to terrible traffic and not such a good travel experience from Porto to Lisbon they were able to accommodate us the following night not the one we had reserved) which we all know is not possible when it’s a Michelin star Restuarant! So thank you again! Starting from the entrance, the experience is all worth it! Great food, open space watching chefs at work) is part of the moment you will remember and enjoy at this Restuarant. If you can afford the price, please do because they are worth it. Every chef that comes out with their “moment” is proud of the art work and their elaborate piece that you get to try . Thank you all for your wonderful hard work and extensive knowledge of wine

That word doesn’t even seem to cover our experience at Loco. From the minute you walk in the door the Loco team is there to make sure your evening is the best possible experience in Lisbon. And it is nothing less then a team effort creating a well orchestrated experience. Everyone there loves their job and it shows. Every moment served from snacks to dessert are a one of a kind experience. My husband and I have eaten around the world and this is definitely one of the top meals we have had. Thank you Chef Alexandre and staff for an experience we will not forget. You deserve every Michelin star and award you have received.

We’ve been fortunate to dine at Michelin-starred restaurants all over the world, and our experience at Loco in Lisbon ranks among the very best. Calling each dish a “moment” isn’t just clever branding—it 's honestly how we both felt. Since that night, we 've started jokingly referring to every meal we eat as a moment, but nothing quite compares to the ones we had at Loco. In our opinion, this restaurant deserves more than one Michelin star. A single star doesn’t do justice to the great things that define this place. We’d honestly place it at two, if not three stars—yes, it’s that bomb diggity good. A special shout-out to Gabriella (woot woot), our sommelier and one of our servers. Everything about her was great including her deep wine knowledge, and impeccable timing (wine) elevated the night beyond expectations. She made sure our glasses were never empty and our pairings were always perfect. We loved her energy—so knowledgeable, and she was super chill. By the way, the last Brandy made us go over the edge. Whoops!!! The entire team exuded passion and professionalism, which we (especially me) is the more casual one, but all are down to earth. At one point, we asked a staff member how they all managed to keep smiling, knowing the gossip and drama behind the scenes in fine dining. He just laughed and said, “We’re good at hiding that.” That made both of us laugh super hard. We left Loco completely wowed.
