Ladeira was recommended by our Airbnb host and it was an excellent choice! Pedro will translate the menu if your Portuguese is a bit limited, and you will eat well for a very reasonable price. I had the warming carne de alguidar (a bowl of meat stew with olives and large cloves of garlic) with migas, a delicious local speciality wheat bread, and some really nice herby chips. All really nice. The following day, Royal hamburger and more of those lovely chips! Entertainment provided by a little girl dancing along to music videos!
