They brought a burger. They said the steak would be there in 10 minutes. It never came. After 30 minutes I told them to cancel the order. 10 of my friends ordered medium steaks. 5 of them were rare. We had the manager come, but he was just being rude and acting like he didn’t believe us. Do not go to this restaurant!!

Nevertheless I need to admit that the châteaubriand was excellent although the french fries and spinach were not at the same level. Ambience just inexistent.

The waiter could not recommend wine for the food without having to consult a colleague. The meat was boring, served lukewarm and colorless and the sauces felt semi-finished. I loved this space. Attended A corporate event that rented the place out. Everything was great, but the atmosphere was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived it felt like being in an industrial gothic castle. The candelabras fit that scene. Every inch of the place looks amazing. It was a once in a lifetime venue. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
