When we arrived, we explained this and the staff represented by an rude senior boss, told us that we were going to a burger church next door! A younger guy who actually understood a few words English left us a table and then disappeared. A very inexperienced waiter appeared. We ordered food and I wanted a glass of port wine with the cheese starter. After a while the waiter came back with a half full bottle port one said “Port Wine Finish”. I said well what you have, there is a bottle of port, can I have a glass of it? “No port wine finish” was the answer. I gave up and ordered a beer instead. Then I ordered a glass of red wine, which was served without the possibility to try it first. The food was good, my wife and I agreed. The service was at “Fawlty Towers” level, because people were old enough to understand this reference.
