Starbucks - Alma

Nice place to go for coffee in the morning with a large seating area with many tables and lots of sunlight. They also have couches and chairs. Sometimes I go just to leave the house behind and be able to focus solely on my paperwork. Way better than a library. Downtown Alma is a block away and offers dining and small local shops with clothing, accessories, records, arts, bookstore, barbershop, gas stations and more. Alma College campus is also a block away and a nice safe place to walk if you need a break. Is on the corner and faces a street and has outdoor seating. Pet friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible and has wide aisles and tables with easily movable chairs and a large entryway

Drinks are good. But the refusal of wanting to break large bills gets super old, specially when you wait in line for 35 minutes. This is the 2nd time I went elsewhere bc they can 't break a 100 at 11am on a Sunday. Do better.

My apologies,Wrong Starbucks locations. I had go to a different one and mix up the locations.This was an excellent Starbucks and the entire staff wss great.My sincere apologies abd I appreciate your response and there effort in doing a great job of being there to serve us.

Ordered 25 cake pops for a party with plenty of notice. I had to offer my phone number to the lady in case something happened with the order as she didn’t even ask for it. I have ordered cake pops before from other Starbucks and get a discount per pop for a large order. This location charged full price per cake pop and were only giving us 21 when we picked them up! He had to let them know we actually ordered 25… they gave us 3 more at last minute and threw in 1 for “free.” Not impressed with the customer service at all!! Won’t be taking my business there anymore.
