Harvey's - Alliston

Can't say if the food was good or not because the woman forgot to put my burgers and donuts in my bag! Only got to try the fries, drink and onion rings.

First time visiting this restaurant in a long time. We ordered ahead on the app. When we arrived, everything was in a bag already prepared. First of all, it was really hard to read the lids of the drinks (which one was diet and which one was regular). The Angus burgers were very good and had the correct toppings on them. The onion rings were great. However, things broke down with the fries. The fries were undercooked. I didn't have the energy to walk them back in. We also ordered salt and ketchup (none in the bag). I can't say I enjoyed eating undercooked fries without ketchup. However, going back would have meant my burger would have been cold, too. No serviettes in the bag either. It's great that everything was prepared and ready, but it's important to double check the order to make sure everything is there. It's called paying attention to detail and taking pride in your work. If they wouldn't have dropped the ball on the fries, condiments and serviettes, I would have given them a higher rating. The order was on the app, so everything was there. You only had to read it. Also, I cannot believe that fries that were almost white in colour were served and presented as being cooked. Where is the quality control? I doubt we will return. There are other locations (one in eastern Caledon) where they always get it right...every time.

Love Harvey's burgers, their fries aren't as good as some other chain restaurants, but their onion rings are better than most chain restaurants. Service is slow, especially using the drive through. That's partly due to each burger being made to order, but their system seems slow on top of that.

Very clean. Washrooms clean. Food cooked well. Not burnt. Order correct. Milkshakes delicious. Will come back. Harveys makes a great hamburger

We were so very disappointed with Orangevilles Harvey's. To start the person taking our money did not even look at us no politeness at all, the meal was a joke it was supposed to be crispy chicken, but I could not even tell it was chicken. The fries were cold and the biggest ones were about half inch long, I thought they had given me home fries. I must say the place was spotless and the lady serving the meal was nice. Let me give the manager a bit of advice which is, go to the Harvey's location in Fergus just to see what service should be like and also the quality of their food. There is no comparison, how come the same franchise. Ken ......?. Thanks for your answer, instead of emailing just go to Harvey's in Orangeville and we for yourself, then go to Fergus and judge the difference. Thanks, Ken ......?.
