Two hours before closing I?ve been... read more This spot would be excellent for the evening gym goers, however, they are so short staffed that they are always out of stuff. Two hours before closing I?ve been told, more than once, that they are out of rice or out of cheese. This happened enough that Iasked to speak with a manager and he advised that corporate is aware of the poor condition of this location. They are bringingin a new management team to help find employees and train everyone to hopefully keep the store from being closed. This would bea fairly profitable store but like everywhere else that can?t find people to work. It also doesn?t help the that teens on theevening shift are somewhat rude. The manager asked that we give them time to get the store fixed up and hopefully have thecommunity try them again. Would be 1 star but the manager was honest and lets face it?. If he can?t fix it the store will closeanyway.

It?s not the employees faultit?s either in the management or who ever owns it. I give 5 starts to the employees that were there trying to keep up with alunch rush.

When I walked into the restaurant, there were no other customers, which was surprising given that it was dinner time. Unfortunately, they were out of a lot of items. The only option available was carnitas, which I ended up ordering. The restaurant had a dirty appearance, and the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed careless, literally throwing your food down as if it were slop. Every time I eat at Chipotle, I find myself questioning why I spent my money on this subpar food. I'm concerned about the cold carnitas I ordered and hope I don't get sick. It seems like the owner is more interested in making money than maintaining the place, especially considering the poor reviews!

In... read more Yesterday, we visited and observed several customers waiting around. We were informed that they were only accepting online orders due to being short-staffed. In the kitchen, there was a tall gentleman covered in tattoos who, despite wearing gloves, was eating food directly from the bowl he was stirring. This is quite off-putting and breaches multiple health regulations. We will certainly not be returning.

The last burrito I received was poorly wrapped and completely flattened, as if done intentionally by an inexperienced staff member. They also got the meat wrong and seem to frequently run out of various items.
