As part of a network objective meeting, we had the chance to taste the recipes of the chef, the fusion cuisine, we were conquered. The apero dinatory was targeted on different flavors of the world, in small bites, super tasting. What we enjoyed most is the setting, the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant, the quality of the products that have never been denatured, on the contrary, not to mention the Japanese notes, a feast. Restaurant MERVEILLEUX. The kitchen is excellent, the neat presentation, the perfect service. The boss (Adrien), chef in the kitchen, takes the time to discuss at the end of the meal and transmits all his passion for his profession (we discovered that he also offers his services in caterers and home cooking!!! To test). The boss (Sylvanna her wife) always deals with the service with the smile, the benevolence. It is sommelier, which is a real plus in the choice of wines offered and advice). The restaurant can appear at the end of the countryside but finally it is only 10 minutes from Saint Flour (circuit by a small road but which is very pretty). We have tested 2 different menus and whaouuuuuu.... The all quality prices within the reach of each. Thank you very much, we will of course come back....
