brilliant pub. so often passed and never been in it. it could not find a pub that could take 9 people for a meal at short notice. they did and produced really good food. beer was very good and friendly service. in any case at our next visit immerse in keswick. View all feedback.
What carolinef7 doesn't like about Lake Road Inn:
Decided to sit outside for a drink after a walk. It was very busy but managed to get a table outside. The real ale is good here. We decided to eat here as well but I wish we hadn’t bothered. The food is not great. We ordered nachos which when they came were a bowl of tortilla chips with some partly melted cheese in the middle and a very small pot of sour cream and salsa on the side. Great pub fantastic staff, my husband couldn't decide which beer to have so barman gave him a sample. We always visit this pub and it's constant in service and atmosphere love it
Absolutely lovely food and staff very helpful, and they welcomed my sisters dog would recommend to everyone 10/10

Fantastic pub, staff were very friendly knowledgeable about the different real ales available which I really enjoy, prosecco by the glass a welcome sight for my wife, although we didn't eat on this occasion the food which we saw been served looked amazing with generous portions, will definitely be eating here on our next visit.
Lovely place. Sat near the fire. Had our dog with us too. Made to feel very welcome. Food very good value for money. On our next visit to Keswick will definitely return here.
