My wife and I visited the restaurant tonight after making a reservation earlier in the day. We were seated at a table in the bar, which was not a problem. We ordered black pudding and garlic mushrooms for starters, and steak pie and lasagne for our main courses. The entire meal and service were excellent, with a pleasant atmosphere in the pub. We will definitely be returning next time. View all feedback.

I recently visited The Inn at the Bush on my way back from Glencoe in Scotland. Despite being soaking wet from riding a Honda monkey bike in torrential rain for 5 hours, I walked in hoping they would have a spot for me to pitch my tent. The owner kindly obliged without any hesitation, offering to sort out my food as well. The facilities were top-notch, including a covered outdoor area with furniture and a TV in case of bad weather. My meal of steak, chips, peas, and mushrooms was excellent and I couldn't fault it. The locals made me feel welcome and we spent the evening exchanging stories about my trip and sharing some local dog walking spots. My camping spot was ideal and the toilets were available all night. The covered area was a lifesaver in the morning when I had to pack up my things in the rain - it seemed to be following me! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you, Budgie.
This restaurant is extremely friendly and welcoming, with generous and helpful hosts. The kitchen offers a diverse and ever-changing menu. Dinner and breakfast are key offerings, especially as the location is somewhat isolated. The pub serves as the hub of the village, attracting locals and travelers alike. The room we stayed in was cozy, but had all the necessary amenities, including tea-making facilities.
Very popular locals pub that does a brisk trade in drink and pub food. Great experience for our group of bikers heading to Scotland. I gave it 4 last year as there was no shower, but that’s sorted so it gets a 5. Breakfast for us was a full English and at £15.00 it was the dearest of our week away, but it was superb.
We had a Sunday roast here what a lovely meal . All cooked fresh and staff was so friendly and happy to help . Would definitely recommend pay it a vist
