I was here for the soft launch the night before they openedA really impressive place.
Right next door to Gusto on Colmore Row, this place seems actually quite unassuming, yet on a Friday after work it is hard to fight through the small
With a cocktail menu that takes inspiration from the periodic table (for presentation not ingredients) there is a range to suit most.
This place is fantastic. The staff were all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The distillery tour is great, and you get to taste whisky, vodka, and gin at the end. The shop has a great selection of spirits and is very well-kept. The bistro on site is a bit pricey for what you get - I found my beef sandwich to be a bit lacking for £13.50. However, the whisky tour was the highlight for me, with plenty of on-site parking and a beautiful setting. Kudos to the staff and owners for creating such a great experience. Well done!
Excellent tour of the distillery with some very enjoyable tastings followed by a great meal in the superb Bistro. Definitely a good choice of a day out on a rainy day.
