Wert's Cafe - Allentown

We all ordered burgers, since that seemed to be their specialty. The menu offered a variety of burger options. Five of us ordered our burgers medium well, and one ordered well done. When the burgers arrived, they looked great, but after taking a bite, we began to discuss the cooking level. They were all cooked medium, while the well-done burger was more like medium-rare. For a place that specializes in burgers, this was disappointing. I ordered the Chesapeake burger, but it was undercooked as well. There wasn't enough crab meat on it, and there was too much Old Bay seasoning, making it overly salty after just a few bites. I tried this restaurant, but I won’t be returning anytime soon.
