love this place! they always have quite good specificities! they probably have 50 beers on tap with more in bottle, and a rotating list, so there is always something new and fun to try. If you don't like anything new, they've always clipped that's not disappointed. The service was great, but they give straws in the glasses so if you wish to not have straws you have to ask. From the food perspective, the pizza had little sauce and flavor. The waitress was kind enough to ask if I wanted any roasted red pepper flakes or oregano, which with pepper added much needed flavor. The service was wonderful... but the food....oh my lord!!!?? we were ready to visit my sister in college, and we could not have chosen a perfect place to eat and drink. Definitely recommend Taps Tavern every trip in the area.
Good beer selection. They organize that menu well. I'm not typically an IPA fan so I was able to skip that section and head right for the porters. The food menu isn't extensive, but there's something for everyone. Mostly your typical bar/ pub faire. The potato skins were perfect. They were flexible with the food I ordered (got the buffalo chicken sandwich without buffalo sauce). Tater tots cooked perfectly too. Would have loved my sandwich but I don't like rosemary and the breading on the chicken was pretty heavy with it.
My husband and I visit Taps at least once a week. He loves their chicken caesar salad and I could eat any of their burgers/sandwiches. Adore their buffalo chicken dip. Staff is always professional and friendly regardless of what day we go (particularly Shay who takes great care of everyone who walks in the door). Our go-to spot for draft beer, live sports and good eats. Their rewards program is also fantastic! Can't say enough good things.
Great place! Good food, good beer and good service.
I always enjoy stopping here with my toddler son. The food and service and is great for the price. Plus, the rewards card is incentive to keep returning. I had the taco pizza today and it was delicious.
