Starbucks - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
we have bought a mocha frappuccino that tasted like water and hint of chocolate it tasted worse than aYou-Hoo. went to address the situation, so we ordered a caramel frappuccino instead and again very watery and tasteless. then the young lady who took part in us apologizes to talk about the head who was hired over the drink and the giggling, not even about her mistake. the drink was a waste of money. will not fit aga... as far as taste goes. it's like all the others dieucks. they actually do a good job to get their order right. the brot was a little stale, but not bad. the atmosphere is where this diet is missing. there is little to no music and I am not sure if what the machines and the ambiente just made seem too loud.
