Our waitress, Sam, was very attentive. She consistently checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. When the table next to us, which had ordered before us, received their food, she promptly inquired about our order. The restaurant was quite busy due to an event at the PPL Center above, but the service remained excellent, and everything arrived in a reasonable timeframe. I really enjoy dining here on event nights.

The service and food were good, but unfortunately, every beer my partner ordered seemed to be out of stock.

I feel frustrated every time we make a reservation because they never honor our selections. For instance, I always request a standard table, yet they consistently try to seat us at a high-top. I also mention that I prefer not to sit directly in front of the large screens. Despite the restaurant being quite empty when we arrive, they still insist on placing us at one of those tables. Last night, I asked why they never adhere to our requests, and the hostess replied, "That would be my manager who handles that."

Our server, Janna, was exceptional! I felt bad for her because everything I tried to order, you were out of it. She looked so embarrassed but it’s not her fault your management team doesn’t understand the concept of supply and demand.

Well we had six burgers and one fish taco. One burger was burnt and they didn’t bring it out to we are all done for 20 minutes. Two were ordered medium rare and came back medium well, one ordered mushrooms was told it wasn’t any so give me bacon and they forgot the bacon. One was a beyond burger that was freezing on the inside is not even cooked they gave the bird burger free and brought out another free beyond burger for a couple free wines they try but most had a new cook sad to say but I will not be back
