Smashburger - Allentown

I just recently visited smashburger and was totally impressed! not only eating fresh, hot and so delicious, but the service was exceptional! mindy, the new manager, went out of her way to make sure we accommodated and satisfied with our culinary experience! we will definitely visit again in the near future! forget the 5 stars that deserve our visit 10!

We went for the food, but we were always regular for mindy. I love her kind and aspiring attitude. Every time we get in, she always makes us welcome, no matter how busy it is. we always get our food super fast and it is always delicious. in any case recommend and make sure to do the questioning on the constraints because they make a difference.

Someone in our group forgot to ask for an allergen in the food .it was me) and when they came to check on the burgers, the employee climbed up and beyond to get us a remake of the burger! amazing customer service and super nice staff. get the tasty pommes or dead - they are delicious!

We had a huge mix with the app. it was not the fault of the worker. sophie and cory did everything possible to make it right. they were kind and patient. that was great. in any case it will go back there.

Food was great and the host was nice. I'm a bit weirded out that the self-serve soda machine was next to the restrooms in the condition they're in. That is an oversight resulting from somebody who drank one too many bottles.
