This was my family's first order from this restaurant, and we had a great experience! The customer service and delivery were both excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and my partner can't stop raving about how much he loved the Cajun chicken cheesesteak. We will definitely be ordering from here again! View all feedback.

I order here all the time, but today was probably the worst pizza i had ever eaten. It came cold and the look and texture made me wonder if the pie was for someone else and they reheated it because the crust was hard and leathery. I might start ordering from biagios again. Panera is delicious and dependable no matter where you are. With lots of automated options to order Your food, including ordering online and via the app, it’s the easiest and healthiest fast food option out there. The summer salad was fresh and very very good. I was delighted with the quality of the produce.
Poor service, rude to customers, managers/owners have no customer service skills. They answer the phone and act like they don’t have time for you to give them an order. Good customer service equals listening, helping, and providing a service that is above and beyond the call of duty in all aspects of the business. These people act like they don’t care if they lose business. I expected a lot more from Parma and I have been more than disappointed on several occasions which is my fault. On the other hand that will be the last time I am let down by their cold dishes, sloppy sandwiches, and 2 hour waits for simple deliveries. Good bye Parma step it up and maybe you will get the respect you think you have. Right now 0 respect for the individuals running that pizza joint. Worst service and thank you for the cold pizza. You are probably happy that it was cold after my review here. Laugh away. Do me a favor and don’t answer this review. There is no saving face here. Apology not accepted. Do not respond to this with a fake apology it will not be taken seriously.
So a week and a half ago we had a delivery order that totaled $35.00. It took an hour and a half for the food to arrive. While we were waiting for this food I had to call twice to check when it would arrive. After it finally did arrive we went to eat the food and it was all cold. I'm not talking warm but cold as if it just came out of the fridge. I called the store and they asked if we wanted it redelivered or if I wanted a credit. I said a credit because we couldn't wait another 1 to 1 1/2 hours for another order to arrive. Well I called tonight to use my credit and they told they would only honor $5 of the $35 credit they told me I had. While I am on the phone I can hear someone in the background saying we ate the food so we are not getting the $35 credit. I have never ever dealt with a restaurant that was so unprofessional in all my life. We didn't eat the food they delivered I threw it in the garbage as we ate something else at home because it took so long. Who in the world do they think they are dealing with and assuming we ate the food. If they wanted the food back they could have came and got it as it was out in my garbage can. Here is something maybe they don't know. We have been loyal customers for quite some time and either stop in the store or have it delivered at least once a week. If this is how they treat customers in general then please readers take your business somewhere else. While I had them on the phone I told them I will take my business somewhere else and they didn't seem to care. Loyal customers or one time customers it's time to send jerks like this a message. Evidently they don't need the $70 or $80 a week I have been spending there.
They do not appreciate their consumers! Not nice at all! My husband called to order food, he was speaking to the owner, my husband asked a question and didn’t hear the owners response, so my husband asked again. The owner became rude and abrupt with my husband because he couldn’t hear him. I called back and spoke to the owner, this person does not care for his consumers or appreciate the fact that we order from this place all of the time! No longer, we will take our business as well as our neighbors, family and friends somewhere else!
I really like this place. this place is one of the only places in alltown that I can call for delivery. talk to the owner and my order to be correct every time and don't have to repeat me 35 times. or put me on the call for someone else. eating is fantastic. the owner is really nice and her order is always right
