The food was served cold, the wings were the wrong variety, and the biscuits were hard to the touch.
I had a very disappointing experience with the food, although the delivery was fine. My order was incomplete and confusing, and the quality of the food was poor. For example, my corn was crunchy and lacked any liquid or butter, which is unusual. Additionally, I didn’t receive the slaw or the large potatoes I ordered, and I also missed the plates and honey. The chicken was greasy and merely warm, not hot. I won't be ordering from them again, and I would like to request a refund, please.
The window from the drive thru shouldn't be tinted so we can see when transaction is done with our cards.. The girl at the window charged my card as she should but after having my card and the receipt in one hand she then closed the window, and I hunked the horn to get my card back. Mind you, i had an eye on her because it was a lil odd that her phone was in front of the cash register.. Nothing was said to her because there was no chance for her to do anything after I hunked the horn for my card back, which When she opened the window backup she had the receipt and the card in the same hand. The windows tinted, but we could still see through a little bit but there should be no tint.....! Watch out for fraud. Keep an eye on transactions being done to your card at this place...BEWARE
The food was piping hot and freshly prepared!
