The burger was good. the same eating they get from bk or mcd, but more expensive. food: 4/5

Incredible service from this restaurant. I was totally overwhelmed by teamwork and the nosserie at this place. I have to give a manager (luis) credit that really went beyond and beyond!

Let's watch over the female worker with the tattoos, black hat and bad job problem that worked yesterday 9/26/22 at 5:45/6:00 clock, when my friends and I came to pick our online order yesterday! wait 30 minutes to eat the app was done 20 minutes ago, then have this girl, roll her eyes, give her hire, and whisper. none of us was rude to her, simply asked if she had an idea where my friends were food order, because my other friend and I got our already and walkable customers were all getting their food, but my friend only got bad stars and rollers. Beyond that, a guy with a take out food cans goes from another restaurant, handing them to this girl, and she and 2 other workers disappeared back, while my friend still did not receive her food. I suppose the black hat means that this girl is a lead? if that is the case, they do better five youngs, she is the only worst customer service worker I ever encountered on lol. I wish I had been acting on video so that they could see what they're paying for it. I will make sure everyone knows how inattentive and dismaying this place is, and how five guys thinks it's okay to treat customers like garbage. as far as miss black hat is concerned, they will not be very far in living with this mumbling, hope to smash it was worth it.

Beef hot dogs, extra toasted bun, grilled onions, mustard and relish so good! Fries cooked fresh lighter in color, not too dark or dried, are good.
