Dunkin' - Allentown

I really can't stand this place. They either mess up my order or something else goes wrong every time I visit. Once, I even found a hair in my sandwich. The drinks always taste terrible, not at all like those at other Dunkin' Donuts locations. I try to avoid this place at all costs and prefer to go somewhere else entirely.

Hi. if you want friendly customer service here's a good place. But to be real their coffee is just a little weak. Ask for 1 shot of expresso with your coffee to balance out the strength ? ?

I recently stopped by for a quick coffee and a toasted bagel. The staff were friendly, and they made a point to check in on me when they were nearby.

Every time I place an order, whether through the app or in person, I request a HOT drink, but they end up making it iced.

I have been drinking Dunkin coffee for years, but this morning I had the best ice cream ever from tonya. She was super nice, even my coffee stirred, not only give him a half-a*-ed shake like any other worker here does. tonya definitely deserves an increase, she's great.
