I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but the waitress brought me just a plain burger with no bacon, no cheese, and only a small patty between two tiny buns. The waitress was very apologetic, but I can't understand how the cook could make such a mistake! I really dislike having to send my food back, and when it finally arrived, it still didn't have the cheese. I didn't want to make a fuss and send it back again. Situations... View all feedback.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but the waitress brought me just a plain burger on a bun—no bacon, no cheese, just a patty. The waitress was very apologetic, but I can't understand how the cook could make such a mistake. I really dislike sending food back, so I accepted it. However, when it was brought out again, it still didn’t have the cheese. I didn’t want to send it back a second time. Incidents like this make me lose confidence in the kitchen. If I had been alone, I probably would have left, but since I was with my wife, I decided to stay. I don't think I'll be coming back.
