I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you're planning to order in person. They focus exclusively on online orders. I was told to wait 5-10 minutes for a single cheese pizza, but I ended up waiting for over half an hour and had to leave for class. I wanted to leave a good review because after a mess up on my pizza, the crew was very understanding about it. I have digestive issues with a lot of foods so my order is always very specific no matter where I go so I dont get sick. They were very understanding about this and made a new pizza for me and threw in breadsticks as compensation for waiting so long. The pizza was very good so the wait time was not a bother for me. Thank you guys :
Terrible sums it up. The prices are high now and the food is gross. LC used to be good. The crazy bread was the best. Now the prices are high and quality is down. Mostly because the food isn?t prepared or cooked properly. Ive tried it a few times recently and the pizza isn?t cooked properly- I ended up throwing it away and cooking something at home. What a waste of money. See the pics I posted- this is how it came right out of the store. Seriously? What a joke. Save your money and go to Jets.
Ordered online for pickup for a party. 10 pizzas and 5 crazy bread. We were shorted on our order. Called for a refund of what we were not given. The ?manager? said he didn?t have time right now and would have to search my order. Then he said he wouldn?t be able to issue the refund without recharging me for the entire order. What? Wouldn?t give me Joe?s number (the franchise owner). I guess I need to call corporate next week. I?m sure they will direct me back to the store. What a joke. Typical, I guess. Customer service is nonexistent nowadays. Corporations can steal people?s hard earned money and get away with it.
As a pizza takeout and now delivery restaurant... Little Caesars has kept it fresh with their new and ever changing new to the menu. We have loved almost every new thing that has been added to the menu. almost everything) The Stuffed Crazy Bread was lacking compared to the value but that might just be my family. Slice n sticks is a 2 person pizza that we love. Hopefully they keep it on the menu in addition to the Extra Most Best, yes that is what it is called.
