Biggby Coffee - Allendale

I agree with @dan holmes' commentary above. the tables should be cleaned daily, at least the beginning of the shift. I asked the table to clean (about 730 o'clock) and the barrista gave me an eye role as I asked for replacement! sworn never to sit in there again!

Was in business in the city and stopped shortly after the opening in the morning. I wanted an ice cream with 3 cream and it was like the barista had laid a drop and was ready. I asked about something more cream on the side and she made a big thing about it. that means the coffee still tasted too strong for me. I'm not going back to this place next time I'm in alldale.

Love that the personal in what is available and what is not. went for a special Thai week drink and was satisfied with the service and the personal.

I had several bad experiences for the past year at this place. 1-2 hours too late several days in order, wrong drinks made, long waiting times, dirty business and rude staff. the customer is never here. I've never been a karen, but today I've been the one responsible man with dark brown hair. I had a free drink card and he also took my free points to drink even though I only ordered a drink. When I asked why he took both, he grabbed that he would only return my free drink card. he was extremely rude and made me feel terrible. he has never ordered my drinks so I waited for 15 minutes, only to ask the dame what I was waiting for. the customer doesn't come here first. I'm going from now on to another place.

Every stop into this Biggby has been good. Kind workers and quick service to top it off.
