Chili's Grill - Allen Park

This restaurant is family-friendly. We had to wait about half an hour to be seated even though the place was empty, but I think they are just short-staffed like everywhere else. My kids really enjoyed it. The food was tasty and our waitress was very attentive.

I tried the special which included a drink, soup or salad, and duck. The chicken enchilada soup was delicious and the Margarita was perfect. The portions were generous and the Shrimp Fajitas were mouthwatering.

I am disappointed that my experiences at this restaurant have been consistently unsatisfactory. I understand that times are tough and they may be short-staffed most of the time, but it is frustrating to order curbside three times and consistently receive incomplete orders. The missing items included drinks, sides, and additional items that were crucial to completing the meal. Despite the fact that the service was fast, the repeated occurrence of missing items is disheartening. I hope that the establishment improves their operations, as it used to be a fantastic dining experience.

Everything was excellent; the service was great, the food was delicious, and my takeout order was prepared quickly.
