Biggby Coffee - Allen Park

The drink preparations at this restaurant have been quite inconsistent lately. Some days they have little to no flavor, while on others they are overpoweringly strong. Recently, it seems that all the drinks are coming out under-flavored, which is surprising because each drink has a specific recipe that typically ensures they are rich in flavor. Additionally, it appears that the sweet foam is being left out on the counter, causing it to become warm and runny. This really shouldn't be the case.

The staff are very friendly, and my drink was excellent.

I try to avoid this Biggby location whenever possible, but sometimes I have no choice. It feels like the staff gets genuinely annoyed when you come in to order coffee. Recently, I brought in a coupon that expired that day, but they refused to accept it. When I asked if they only decided to honor some expired coupons, she confirmed that they do. It seems they pick and choose who can use the coupons based on their mood. I can understand if it was a week past the expiration date, but this was the same day! I know customers can be frustrating (I used to bartend), but every time I visit, the employees seem irritated that I'm there. If you're just looking for a plain cup of black coffee, this place might work for you. But if you want to order anything else, it’s better to go elsewhere!

My daughter is in town visiting from Nevada and does not have Big B coffee so we stopped. She loves the breakfast bagel and the teddy bear frozen coffee drink. Everything was made correctly. The inside was very nice and clean and they had a very friendly staff and employees.
