Scotty P's - Allen

1st I ever had Scotty P's was at the one at fire wheel in Garland.Been going back for years.But we were at Hobby Lobby and my kids were hungry.We saw Scotty P's 1st went through some reviews.I was shocked not good one's I was in DISBELIEF.So had to try it. 1st off SERVICE was GREAT a ?.Very welcoming and clean place. So I ordered to go,2 kids meals 1 with veggies, and one with no veggies meat very well done and dry.And let me tell you the food was great, oh and kids get a little snack size oreo cookies it comes with 2 cookies.I sure will be back and will tell others about that Scotty P's in Allen being a go to for DELICIOUS FRESH Burgers, Fries DRINKS, and many more stuff to choose from believe me you can't go wrong . Also Deli Deli Chocolate Cake. Oh even our dog loved the ? ? Kid-friendliness: It's a great kid friendly place my kids are 10 and 17 Wheelchair accessibility: Yes I think most places are now a days?

This review is about management's failure to appropriately staff the location tonight. I want to make that very clear. This review is on management, not the staff. There was one person working front of house and they had to pull the busser to come help check orders and lend a hand behind the counter. It was an absolute mess. My to go order was almost 30 mins late getting out of the kitchen and when I got home (I live ~5 mins away), the fries were cold and soggy/rubbery. My son's and daughter's chicken tender meals barely had any fries in them and the chicken strips look like pencils. Absolute waste of $50. The staff was doing the best they could and I commend them for pushing through with how few people they had, but holy heck, managers. Do your job. Sunday night dinner rush with one person behind the counter? Absolutely shameful. You're only as good as your last meal and this was an embarrassingly terrible experience. Edit to the owner: No. Be better.

It's the most delicious hamburger I've ever had in the U.S. I recommend the Nash spicy chicken burger.

Great place for a nice quick burger. Went with family and didn't feel rushed or out of place. Staff was great and very accommodating. Place was clean. Burger and onion rings were good. Great fresh ingredients for sure.

My son turned me on to this place. Amazing! It is so good. Great people. Great atmosphere. Lots of sport TVs with amazing food. Love it
