The atmosphere is intimate and family-friendly, making it suitable for both dates and gatherings. However, inconsistencies in service and food quality, including disappointing seafood and missing pizza offerings, have left some patrons frustrated. Portions tend to be modest but well-seasoned. While longtime fans praise its authentic, scratch-made cuisine and clean environment, recent visitors note service lapses and facility issues, suggesting the restaurant may be facing growing pains amid evolving expectations.

This restaurant is my favorite Italian spot. The food is sooooo delicious. Now I won’t lie the portions are a bit scarce. Especially for Italian food, you expect hardy portions. Well you are not going to get that! . However everything is so flavorful! The lasagna and lobster ravioli have me in a chokehold. I only do pickup so not sure on the service but I will say that the bar dressings looks top tier with fresh garnishings of sliced lemon, dried blood oranges, green apples, etc. I couldn’t even take a star off for the small portions because the taste definitely makes up for it
The service was absolutely awful. I ordered the risotto which came with salmon and shrimp. The shrimp was rubbery and the salmon was dry. I called the waiter over and let him know and asked for the meal to be redone. The manager came over and let me know it would take long to cook salmon and shrimp. So I let her know it was ok and would just not eat. It's such a shame the manager was not able to gracefully diffuse the situation. I will not be back.
Came here for an early dinner and it was pretty disappointing all around. They advertise themselves as having wood fired pizza pasta, but when I asked if there is pizza the waitress responded with something like, “the oven is broken”? But there was no pizza on the menu at all…so yeah, doesn’t make sense. Complimentary bread is served cold. When asked if we can warm it up, the waitress said “well we make it in big batches so….no we can’t do that”. Oil balsamic dip for the bread comes with 99.9% oil which didn’t even look like quality olive oil, and 0.1% balsamic. Pasta was just okay. I got the alla vodka and honestly the chicken pieces had no sear on it at all, so the texture wasn’t great. Caesar salad was way too lemony. Don’t give enough crispy bread with the burrata.
