I have been coming to this McDonald's for years for my payment and coffee I read the complaints from the other customers. It's stupid to say the type of car of employees or managers gives only your complaint. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Had the new way all McDonald's go where you are forced to use a kiosk. I want to use a person! Also there are no changing tables in one of the bathrooms. Would make more sense to put one in the playground. But what do I know? I'm just a mother with two children View all feedback.
I asked for a specific sandwich without cheese. They were not able to get it right the first time so I just went through the drive thru no problem for them to fix it. They pulled me up to wait and brought the second sandwich. This second one STILL HAD CHEESE. Had to wait for a third one to be made. At this point my fries and apple pie are cold waiting on the third sandwich. I proceed to get back in line to get fresh fries and I get to the window and she can’t find my order for a medium fry. I then went to the mobile pickup ordered the fries and asked for a manager. The manager was either not asked to come out as I requested or just didn’t want to come out. After the second sandwich I should have been speaking to a manager
If you get Gustavo to help you, you will wait an incredibly long time for simple order only to have him argue with you when he contest you didn’t wait the time you claim you waited. I ordered a tote of cookies for the kids at 2:57 according to the receipt. I waited at the “forward window” for 18 minutes before deciding to pull through the drive through again. The staff looked confused. I asked to speak to a manger. Gustavo came to the window and he was immediately standoffish. He claimed someone came to the window 5 minutes after the order and they thought I “just left”. Really? I’m just going to leave and not take what I paid for. Gustavo’s tone was completely condescending as if to insinuate that I was in the wrong. He said you left after 5 minutes. I told him I waited until 3:17 and I didn’t appreciate him calling me a liar. He giggled and waved, “have a nice day”. Now, I know this day and age a lot of the service industry is under staffed. But to avoid this kind of thing happening all you have to do is apologize and get the order for the customer. Not get upset and toss claims of falsehood back at the customer. I told Gustavo I want my money back AND I want the cookies. He gave me the cookies and the cash not ONCE apologizing for the fact that they clearly forgot me. There’s a Chik-fil-a right next door that does an amazing job with service. Plus about 10 other options than McDonald’s to choose from. It will be easier to choose in the future. My how the mighty have fallen.
I order a Bacon McDouble no cheese and a number 5. I came out with cheese. Told me move forward and wait. After I ate the number 5 BBQ sauce from next door Chick-fil-A by the way. A girl came out and told me to wait in the parking head. That it would be right out. Played in my phone it never came out. They just took the wrong order back and stole my money I left 45m later. This was the second time the STOLE money from me. The sauce was a first for me. Next time Chick-fil-A. they will waste your time.
