What User doesn't like about La Madeleine:
This is a perfect place for you if you love mediocre food and unbelievably terrible customer service. It took 25 minutes for 2 coffees to come in which it was obvious they sat outside for a while before we received them. We also have to complain loudly to the kitchen area staff about taking orders in front of customers, along with unprofessional conversations. Eat 6 stars! I would give 5 stars overall but their process for ordering if you need a lot of work inside. We had to order our sandwiches twice, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting than helping move down the line. View all feedback.
