It's a fantas... read more One of my all-time favorite fast food spots is this place because nothing compares to their deliciously chewy yet crunchy ORIGINAL recipe chicken! It's a fantastic meal, but I can't quite give them a full 5 stars for two reasons: first, their chicken pieces are the smallest among all the franchises, which means less value for your money; and second, after decades in business, they still use some bland, reconstituted mashed potatoes that are disappointing. Given how much care they put into everything else, it's puzzling why they haven't upgraded the quality and flavor of their mashed potatoes. Nevertheless, the chicken is still very tasty!

The service manager was incredibly sweet and very polite, making the wait for fresh chicken worthwhile. I appreciate her pleasant demeanor, which really contributed to a soothing atmosphere, along with her friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Food: 5/5.
