The food here is outstanding, and the counter ordering setup is just as impressive. I enjoyed the pork banh mi and beef pho, both of which were excellent, with generous portions of meat in each dish. However, I did experience the long wait time that others have mentioned, as some items took quite a while to be prepared. This didn’t bother me too much since we were sharing our meal family style. It would be helpful if they communicated upfront which dishes might take longer to prepare, as this could help manage expectations without rushing the cooking process.
The food was decent. The beef pho was tasty, and there was a generous portion of rice noodles in the dish. The summer rolls were enjoyable, but the dipping sauce didn't taste authentic. I would say there wasn't much service at the restaurant; you have to place your order at the counter and get your own drinks and utensils. It could be a great option for take-out. As for parking, there are plenty of spaces available nearby.
The pho is fantastic, but the soda machine could use a thorough cleaning. I always order the spicy shrimp pho, and it consistently hits the spot!
The spicy pho here is quite tasty, but the price increases are outrageous. A bowl of spicy pho has gone up from $12.99 to almost $16 after tax, which is absurd for pho. I won't be returning. Is it truly worth losing customers over an increase of just $2-$3? I get that inflation is a factor, but given that it's just rice noodles and a few pieces of beef, $16 feels unjustifiable. Other nearby pho restaurants are still offering their bowls for around $11-$12.
