What Gus Hills doesn't like about Firehouse Subs W Mcdermott Dr:
My bread was cold and stale. Niether of the Italian subs i ordered were toasted. The cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be there, i hope she finds her happy place because that sure wasn’t it. Extremely consistent, never have any issues with food or staff. Firehouse does a great job hiring good people and executing as a brand. I know my order in a firehouse in another state is going to be exactly like the one down the Street. This is a huge accomplishment for a national brand and I appreciate all the effort behind the scenes. View all feedback.

So good! It can be a little slow when they are busy, and you need to ask them for your online order, but it is worth the wait. The sandwiches here are the best

The food is delicious but can get expensive if you order a large meal.
Staff was pleasant and efficient. Sandwich had special requests and they were done properly. I chose the engineer and it was very tasty.
Customer service is friendly every time. Fast service and of course the food always tastes amazing! My absolute favorite sub shop! Keep up the great work!
