I picked up the midnight cake today and it was decadent! I love her chocolate ice cream. the only thing I would recommend is to order the cake online, because it is $10 less (24.99 for the little round.) do not do what I have done and get it in the load $10 more!

Best ice in the city? at the weekend and at the evenings it really becomes busier. it is better if they increase the size of the staff in peak times, so that people do not frustrate in line for so long

The restaurant would benefit from hiring more attentive staff. During our visit, the employees, who were mainly teenage girls, spent more time chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to the long line of customers waiting at the door. It took us five attempts to place our order because of their lack of focus on customer service.

I paid $60 for this 18-year birthday cake!? it looks nothing like the picture of what I ordered and very sloppy work. tastes good. only very disappointing for the cost and start.

I really enjoy Coldstone, the ice cream is always delicious. However, in the past few months, I have had the same issue multiple times where I have requested frosting in my cake batter ice cream and instead received whipped cream. This has happened no matter if I order online or in person, and specify that I want frosting. It would be helpful if the toppings were labeled so the staff can easily differentiate between them.
