This morning, as we entered the restaurant, my son accidentally caught his foot under the door and got a small cut. This was completely our fault, and in no way reflects on the restaurant. Devonna came over to check on him, provided a band-aid, and even treated him to an ice cream, all without me asking. Her thoughtfulness and care were truly commendable. We had a wonderful experience overall, with excellent service and delicious food. Thank you, Devonna!
This Chick-fil-A on McDermott is exceptionally well-managed and has outstanding staff that provides excellent customer service!
We had a great time celebrating #CowAppreciationDay! I was surprised by how many customers were unaware of this fantastic freebie! The lines moved quickly, and it was a joyful celebration for the 13th anniversary of this event. Lucky customers enjoyed a free entrée! Thank you, Chick-fil-A in Allen, TX!
