By far one of the best pizza places around. The stromboli and pizza were great, and the gooey butter cake was a perfect mix of melt-in-your-mouth brownie, cake, and cookie. The staff AND customers were extremely friendly. Definitely coming back for more! View all feedback.
What kimberly ben doesn't like about 5th Street Pizza:
We order two pizzas recommend by a friend, Extreme and St. Louis thin crust. They are orginally from St. Louis Missouri and she stated this pizza reminded her of home! Maybe she hasn't eaten there in a while...our pizzas was the worst we had ever ate! Frozen store bought pizza waaaaay better and we hate frozen store bought pizza? Their were a bunch of kids making the pizza, playing, look like 12 yr. old's! Beautiful... View all feedback.
I have been looking for that perfect pie since I moved out here. To me that starts with the crust. So far I have tried the hand tossed. I have had fresh at the restaurant and take out. This time I spoke to the nice guy at the counter who was incredibly knowledgeable about the homemade crust, homemade sauce and whole milk mozzarella cheese. I ordered a side salad, they make their own ranch dressing yum! Turns out he owns the place. Great guy. I am a fan for sure. Looking forward to trying the thin crust. It has been described as crisp and flaky.

As a St. Louisan, it was great to experience St. Louis style pizza and t-ravs at 5th Street! Pizza with provel cheese was delicious, t-ravs were ??, and the atmosphere felt like a little slice of the Lou. Go Billikens!
We ordered a 12 pizza with pepperoni, jalapeno and banana peppers. I have to say that it was a great tasting pizza! The owner/manager gave us some really good garlic bread for free! They were delicious as well.(maybe it's called something else on the menu) on a side note..... the pizza is almost as good the next morning.... but still delicious.
I 've loved 5th Street Pizza for years. It 's been a gem of the Allen area for some time. The owner is friendly and professional, and gives you that New York pizza vibe. The staff has always greeted me when I arrive. I always order my pizzas well done from here, because I personally prefer a stronger crispy crust.
