What kimberly doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This McDonalds store is sad. Seriously in need of new management and quality workers. They make you wait (pull forward) for basic menu times with no changes. We sat for over 10 minutes waiting for nuggets! It seems as of McDonalds has such a huge customer base that they no longer care about the franchise owners dragging their brand through the mud. I won't go back. Wayland McDonalds is much better! View all feedback.

Set in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes for a order of 20pc mcnuggets?? Absolute nonsense!! 3 orders behind me were all delivered to them before mine was.

Intentionally messes up your order for fun. Overly aggressive staff. Unprofessional and ghetto as hell. Avoid this one at all costs.
