This person should under no circumstances work with customers!!!! When we went to the checkout, our loyalty card did not go through. This episode increased pressure and the young man at the cash register told us that we could look elsewhere if we were not satisfied!!!!! Well done Coop for a huge brand!!! Overall disappointed
