Connoisseur Restaurant - Allahābād

Connoisseur is the restaurant of Hotel Samrat, and offers delicious cuisine. Their continental fare is very good, especially Russian Salad and Chicken Salad. Their Kasturi Seekh Kebabs are really wonderful as is their Chicken Masala Curry. Must try!

Located in Civil Lines area in one of the bylanes which leads to a dead end. The restaurant is located in the upper floor. This was the first restaurant I ate in Allahabad.Ambience is nice. The food was not bad but nothing to write home about.

Went with my family and had good time out here. Tried few non-veg dishes which were really good and pleasing on taste buds. Caveat: Servings are of lesser quantity so order accordingly

This is a good place for continental food. Try their shepherd's pie or roast lamb. Garlic bread with cheese is also good. The place is usually never crowded. Just a few family groups. They have several TV monitors which one could do without. Service could be quicker.

We had family dinner at this restaurant and enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service very much. It took awhile to get the food after order but it was tasty food.
