Shore Cafe - ALKIMOS

There are four vegan options available on the specials menu at this restaurant. One of the chefs is vegan, and they offer a full display of vegan desserts. I tried the neopolitan tofu fettuccine and the owner, George, brought out some delicious vegan marinated feta to enhance our meal. He even sat down and talked to us about their upcoming expansion, which will include more vegetarian and vegan options with a focus on health. The cafe is located right on the beach with a view of the Alkimos shipwreck. I have dined here multiple times, but this was the first time I noticed their emphasis on vegan food.

They now offer a variety of vegan options, including a burger which I have yet to try.
