Excellent service. Extra requests have always been received. When there was an evening at the Italian restaurant exclusively buffet, pizza was prepared for us. Rooms very clean and high quality.
The place is great, and my wife and grandchildren heard on Thursday and we left Friday.
As the only 'black ' non-Muslim people at the hotel at the time, I was a little worried about how we would be treated. But I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were amazing. Always checking if we needed anything and making sure that we were ok. They were very polite and if they didn 't understand, they always got someone to help.
