I would give it 50 stars if i could! The best staff, the best service, the best F&B outlets, the best food!! I call it my Cairo home and can't wait to visit again!

We were part of a large group of mostly Canadians, we were warmly greeted by all the staff. Breakfasts was efficient and had a wide variety of choices, including gluten free bread. Only one morning did it take 30 minutes to get my omelette. The staff by the pool were incredible. Attentive and efficient. Our room was large and had a beautiful view of the Nile. All in all, a great experience.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport until we left, we felt very welcomed! First class service, everyone that worked there took point to know your name. They even confirmed our flight reservation which we found out to be canceled! If it weren’t for their top notch service we would have been stuck at the airport. The concierge manager was awesome. Very accommodating and helpful. The driver service was exceptional as well. Everywhere they took us, they made sure they translated for us and escorting us to help with any assistance as needed. Worth every penny

I loved everything about our stay here! The hotel is beautiful and clean and the food was amazing. Traveling with kids was chaotic but we felt safe and secure and at home at this hotel. Do not miss relaxing by the pool in a cabana for drinks and food service with a view of the Nile. We would definitely come back!
