They have a great team currently. There's one individual whose name i don't know, but he is GREAT at his job. And nice. He's got blue eyes and blondish hair. Hopefully he see's this and knows he's appreciated! View all feedback.
What Brandan Althof doesn't like about Starbucks Coffee:
This is a typical Starbucks, however the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The two guys working there this Thursday must be new because they had no idea what they were doing and were extremely rude. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.
Food service and ambiance are always top tier. It is like a second home or office for me. The team there is always great and ready to help.
Love the outdoor tables! Wish Starbucks would bring back patio furniture for a place to socialize and read a book in beautiful Cali weather Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
I've been coming here for a while and it's safe to say they have rarely ever messed up my order... things happen which is understandable but for the most time they're so great. The staff is friendly with me and my mom all the time. I usually get an iced caramel macchiato with lite ice and an extra pump of caramel, or a acai lemonade refresher. So good! There is plenty of places to sit inside to do work or school work or to just hang out. Outside is amazing too on a sunny day. There's a fountain and about 30 tables to sit at and enjoy the company of family and friends. I didn't get a picture of my drink before I chugged most of it but here's one anyways . I prefer coming to this location then others because they all tend to know what they're doing. It's pretty close to my house and is very convenient.
The last two times I have sent my husband to pick up ur drinks (because he refuses to try anything else) I have not received the proper amount of syrup I requested or the whipped cream. Which is crazy considering I normally order much crazier drinks that I get with no issue. I don't understand why it's an issue with a simple drink.
Normally my favorite. The guy at the register who this is about is clearly not paying attention and ordering the wrong items and referring wrong gender w names. Really unclear why Starbucks needs to refer to gender at all but if you so feel inclined please get it right especially when it is obvious. Not apologizing after being corrected is even more of a reason to feel compelled to let Starbucks know that employee training needs to incorporate customer satisfaction and experience as something of importance beyond the money you make off the public.
