Today I saw a letter at the doorstep and asked that we were nice to the employees, because the times are hard and it is hard to bring the people into the load. I feel a need to treat my dissatisfaction in this load tpday I prefer the order on the theke and my product. while the lobby was open, the theke was abseiled and not accessible to me. then I decided to pierce the drive. first the crew could understand my order, the loudspeaker then threw what felt like a long waiting time, I got my simple coffee with sawn and muffin. while waiting for my simple order, two employees pushed the tip closer to my line at the opening window. When I came home, instead of a coffee-cake muffin, I got a cinnamon roll. I drove 2 miles back into the load and while I got a replacement, none of the 4 employees offered me a polite, I'm sorry. I drove to the house and pretended to enjoy my cold coffee and stiel muffin. While I probably go to get coffee here again, I will many have a bad review and hope that the owners manage their crew over and offer a higher quality fresh/hot product for my $6 purchase.
Today. I went to the restaurant to place order. I was ignored. After a few minutes I asked, they take orders. I wasn't told inside. we only take cash in the running and app orders. nothing about the inconvenience. I didn't buy anything. will not be back to this place.
I was just in the Aliquippa store and just wanted to say that Heather (I think that was her name) was a fantastic work with a broken customer who gave her a hard time and a fit like a small child about something she had no control of. the coffee and eating are always great at this place and with workers like Heather work there I will come back.
The personal is always so beautiful! aliquippa on brd hd def is the best dunkin' and I was too many to count?
Very poor service, had to wait in queue for longtime though you are the next person in drive thru. Have been there thrice never gave my order properly and always adds sausage to my croissant sandwich despite mentioning thousands of times
