there's really bad customer service and they ignore you when you ask. also they do not really serve hot food everything is cold. When they ask for hot eating, they are ignored and said they shouldn't talk to them a certain way after they keep ignoring you. they all lie when they ask for a manager. The location and staff at this restaurant were excellent. They got everything just right. I'm normally not a fan of Arby's, but they really impressed me this time.
I enjoy dining at Arby's because they are able to serve you quickly. Their drive-thru service is very efficient and they always get your order right.
Kindest person on the trip I've ever met. I never had a problem with my order.
This Arby's location is fast, clean, and never too busy (at least when I stop by. My son and I always stop for some sandwiches, after visiting Pinball PA.
