We'd had a substantial local lunch on the first day, so we limited our dinner to 3 shared appetizers (sardines; shrimp; sausage apples) and a shared dessert (creme brulee with port wine). Everything was so tasty and nicely presented that we decided to return a second night and didn't regret it. Enjoyable meals, nice setting, good regional wine list, and terrific service. Recommended!
This place is perfect for several moments. We have been there for a romantic dinner as a couple, but it is also nice as a family or friends’ event. The food is awesome. Really tasty and well prepared.
What a marvelous place and view. The pools look great although we did not used it due the weather: nice rainbow!! The rooms are great.
Driving around the region looking for a place to lunch. Had a delicious lunch, specialities from the region. All very well prepared and a feast for our mouths. Compliments to the chef! Dessert was a feast: pumpkin and almond tart with vanilla ice cream.
The food was tasty, simple and home cooked with love. We didn’t have the opportunity to meet D. Fátima who was the chef but I’m hoping she’ll send us the recipe for soup. Even vegetable soup was next level! The outdoor patio is a place to relax, recenter and enjoy great food. The environment is friendly and the service is 5-star. Rui is a hard worker and great conversationalist. Mr Jorge is the friendly prankster that serves breakfast. Mr Firmino may even share some great vintage if you play your cards right.... if covid taught me anything is: pay attention to people and acknowledge the great ones!
