Ordering online is definitely quicker than ordering in-store.

I stopped by around 9:30, even though they were technically closed, and they still made my order fresh. The staff member who helped me was polite and went out of his way to ensure I got what I wanted. I highly recommend this place!

It is unacceptable to wait 2 hours for an order which was given away to someone else and the employees could not refund my money back until next the next day. The manager couldn't care less and didn't even apologize for the error. Won't be going back and will not recommend wingstop of Alice to anyone.

I then ask for a refund and they tell me no i have to wait for... read more They took over 2 hours on my order after saying it would be an 1 hour wait. This is ridiculous!! I then ask for a refund and they tell me no i have to wait for the general manager to show up tomorrow. Obviously there aren’t managers being trained right. Managers are supposed to be trained on how to give a refund back.
