I almost always have a good experience ordering here. I live about 20 minutes out of town and always order in the app before driving into town . I usually wait in the parking lot a few minutes till my order is in the pizza portal. The place is hot, usually packed, and noisy. After waiting for my order, which was made incorrectly, I was told I would have to pay extra for it to be completed. Upon receiving the completed order no one wanted to speak to me including management and no help was given. Service is very Sloooow. Waiting area is dirty. and manager is very rude. More like COLD AND NOT READY !!

No more hot and ready if you want fast pizza your better off getting delivery with someone
The was great, the service was as accepted.Waiting inside was horrendous.I don't the staff can stand it. I must have been 120 degrees in there. If they have an a/c it was blowing air hotter than the outside temperature was.
