Came after the 3 Day rock tour and was in need of protein. Ordered the rump steak, bf had the kangaroo. Kangaroo was really good, beef ok. Fries were a bit overly salty but I enjoyed it. Saw someone else at the table having a half rack of ribs for $15 which looked delish and wished I had ordered that instead. Overall a good feed and cheap, $15 each for our kangaroo and 300g rump steak. Would recommend. View all feedback.

Very casual for lunch on a Saturday in early April. Only one person handling the bar and tables when we were there, and she did remarkably well considering it was her second day on the job. I had the Barra Burger (fried Barramundi) and chips (steak fries in the U.S.), and it hit the spot! My wife had the gluten-free brown rice salad with added grilled chicken and loved it. Operated by the rock tour (I guess), a very good refreshment (cold beer at least) after having the tough tour in Uluru. The food is average, I cannot say it is good but not bad, especially after the very exhausted trip.

My partner and I visited this afternoon for lunch, while exploring the town on our last weekend living in Alice Springs.Since it was a Sunday early afternoon, we were the only ones there. But that didn't matter.I had a schnitzel with chips ($15) and my partner and a parmigiana with chips ($17) and both were delicious! Food came quick, tasted like a great pub meal and it was nice watching the world go by outside the front window.Definitely recommend checking out the Rock Bar if you're visiting Alice Springs!
I ordered kangaroo "****" and I got it too much done. They offer it medium rare, what is too much for this delicious meat. The price was very good,15 aud, but the quality not that good unfortunately. Very disappointing...
