Mcdonald's Alice Springs

My children always enjoy going to McDonald's, but this time the customer service at the drive-thru was not pleasant. If they are going to work there, they really should try to be in a better mood when serving customers.

The staff were excellent—very friendly and helpful. This is the best McDonald's I've ever visited!

This restaurant can get quite busy, but the efficient staff and quick service made my visit enjoyable. I also appreciated being able to place my order through the app. The food was delicious, and the coffee was excellent, all thanks to the attentive service from the young staff.

Our last day in alice springs and since we were not almost food restaurants, we decided to eat mcdonalds breakfast. we were greeted by friendly crew when our number is called, we chose our food. everything in the bag was in order. the burgers were stacked properly and still have the smoke to be warm. We usually open the box and see the burgers either crushed or just messy.

I (practically) blinked and my order was done. I was actually shocked how quick and efficient the service was (even for the coffee). Would definitely recommend and come back again.
